These are public roster entries, not members. They have not claimed a listing here, so we cannot take a booking for them and there is nobody to answer one. They are shown because knowing a qualified interpreter exists near you is worth something even when we cannot connect you — the roster each came from is public and you can approach them yourself.
InterpDirect is new, and in Mandarin in MI nobody has claimed their listing. Rather than send a request into silence, we would rather say so.
